Secretariat of the University Council
The Secretariat of the University Council administers directly by Rector of the University and assumes the functions of the University Council according to the jobs description, it archives all transactions and records in its files to be referred to whenever it is necessary. The Secretary of the Council of the University should have at least (Assistant Professordegree) with High administrative experience and honesty on the confidentiality of all information.
The Secretariat of the University Council consists of:
Colleges Council Unit
Electronic Centers and Archiving Unit.
Evening Studies Supervision Unit.
Archive and follow-up unit.
-The units in short performs the following tasks:
1.Approval )according to the recommendations)on scientific and administrative issues that are out of the authorities of the University Rector, which requires obtaining the implementation of the decision of the University Council, taking into consideration the decisions and instructions applicable during the discussion of these issues.
Generalization minutes of meeting of the University Council tocolleges, departments and follow up the implementation of its items after obtaining the ministry’s approval.
3.Raising minutes of meeting of the Colleges Board to obtain the approval of its items.
4 Generalization minutes of meeting of decision-maker body in the ministry on all university facilities and following up the implementation of its decisions.
