Fully funded scholarship program 2023/2024 for international students (Master’s/PhD).

 

Al Iraqia University, which is one of Iraq’s public universities, provides fully funded scholarships for non- Iraqis students. The scholarships funds include tuition fees and accommodation.

Provided scholarships open to International Students from around the world to consider and apply for.

The main goal of this scholarship program is to offer fully-funded scholarships to current junior and senior postgraduate students and to encourage serious and deserving students to continue their studies in Iraq. Focusing on postgraduate students helps them become experts in the programs offered and helps young researchers get started as soon as possible in their careers.

How To Apply – The Scholarship Committee seeks a concise summary of each applicant’s academic credentials (C.V.). The brief should include information about the student’s academic qualifications and achievements, career objectives, disability, and financial need. Consider limiting the summary to two (2) printed pages and include at least one paragraph for each of the aforementioned criteria. submitting an application from the link below along with other requirements.

The Committee may request additional data to complete its assessment. In addition to a completed Application Form, the Scholarship Committee will evaluate candidates based on three criteria: academic qualifications, personal qualities, and career objectives (one paragraph for each criterion).

  • Study documents certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the student’s country and the Iraqi embassy or cultural attaché in that country.
  • A passport valid for no less than two years from the date of its initial acceptance.
  • Research plan (research proposal).
  • Recommendations of two (2) professors in the same specialty.
  • Identification documents.
  • A non-conviction document and a health certificate issued by his country.
  • A written undertaking under which he undertakes to abide by the laws, regulations, instructions, and controls in Iraq.
