College of Law and Political Sciences participated in the Arabic Course of Human International Law in Beirut 6-17/4/2015.
The course, organized in cooperation by the Red Cross and League of Arab States/ Arab Ministries of Judiciary Council, included lectures on humanitarian international law.
The lecturers dealt with carefully selected topics: human international law due to invention, definition, evolution, material field, included criteria of human international law's protection, peace keeping and peace imposing, international mechanism to be subjected to human international law and the Swiss initiation to enhance the subjection, challenges faces this law and subject of legal arrest in law and Islamic sharia.
The course included practicing applicable cases and International Criminal Court simulation.
